Every Saturday the Mid-City Volleyball Group (a nonprofit organization) offers free youth clinics from 9:30am to 11:30am. At 11:45am MCVG runs a "speed" tournament that takes about two and a half hours to complete. It's quads co-ed volleyball that's a little bit like a King of the Beach format, so you get to play with a variety of people each day.
