Roundtable Discussions are a great way to have a horizontal experience of moving from the unknown to the known. It is also a great way to connect dots with NPO Upper Level Practitioners for cross-fertilisation of ideas. In my case it is a great experience for connecting what I have across in the classroom with a confirmation from real management organisational leaders. The Y generation and flat organisation is a great practice for NPO as compared to command structures. This is a great exposition. This has opened a whole new horizon for me.
    •  Jari is a great facilitator- very knowledgeable and created a warm, inspiring environment. We had a great discussion, I learned alot and made some good connections. Looking forward to the next one!
